I have experienced the odd glitch in the system (usually due to my own event upload error) but these have always been fixed within minutes. Can’t praise the team – Natalie & Nick enough! I have messaged at silly hours of night with questions and they are always responsive and helpful. Natalie has been to our play cafe to do in person demos and has sent tutorials to me to help me upload events which is so helpful and idiot proof.
